The Importance Of Your Vision

Good Morning People!!!

Rose Blumkin, born Rosa Gorelick, first stepped foot on American soil in 1917. Without traditional education and depending solely on learned English from her children, Rose was limited to what she could do for pay so she had to make her living from selling old clothing and other items. This limitation grew a desire within her that triggered what would turn into a vision that would out live her through many generations to come. After hustling and saving up $500, Rose (aka Mrs. B) took a train to Chicago to make a $2000 furniture purchase, in which she would bring back to her town of residence (Omaha Nebraska), open up a store by the name of Nebraska Furniture Mart, and become one of the largest furniture stores in Midwest history. Her motto was “Sell Cheap & Tell The Truth”, which still remains apart of the company’s vision today.

Happy Throwback Thursday my Weekday Warriors!!! The rain and wind has definitely hindered us the past few days, so do your best to stay dry out there. Your KC metro area weather starts off raining with a low of 65 and a high of 76 degrees today. Your topic for today is on ‘The Importance Of Your Vision’.

Have you ever had a vision of doing or being something great but you couldn’t seem to get anyone else around you to see it? The vision is so vivid in your mind that everywhere you look or go that vision seems to be navigating alongside you forcefully pushing you in directions that increase your desire. And then walks in the person that tells you to stop being foolish. Listen up people. Stop allowing the opinions of people that aren’t where you want to be, dictate what you can, or cannot do. People will try confining you within their own limitations if you let them. Don’t focus on them though, focus on the dream. If you see the vision, the only thing that’s stopping you from reaching it is the journey. So get to moving. You got some hiking to do.

It’s Ya Boy Coffee Cup Chuck Thank you for joining me for another powerful message. I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day and as always, Stay Positive People☕️😎👍🏾!
