Good Morning People,
Tiny hung up the phone and stared into space. She’d been let go from her job. Rent was due, and she was only a year and a half into making payments on a new car. What was she going to do? Her two teenage daughters were depending on her to support all of their school activities. How was she not going to let them down now? She had to do something, and fast. She first took a seat, closed her eyes, and spent a few minutes breathing in and out slowly. After about five minutes, she dropped to her knees and started to pray. Getting up, she told herself that it was now with God and the universe. Not even ten minutes later, her phone rang. It was a wrong number call that actually led her to landing a position making almost double what she previously made.
Happy Hump Day, my Weekday Warriors! We’ve officially made it to the top of the hump! All that’s left to do now is try not to jump! Let’s just ride this week down like our temperature for today.
