Good Morning People!!!
Sophia did not like Susie, and Susie knew it. She would do anything she could to get her fired from her job. Every morning she walked into the break room, she could feel the hateful stares from her as she strolled by. This silent rivalry did not, in the slightest bit, hinder Susie though. What it did do is motivate her to excel at her job. You see, Sophia’s dislike for her kept her on her toes and influenced her to be more innovative, work and talk smarter, and most of all, it helped keep her focused and on top of things. Because of her newfound work ethics, and ability to turn negative energy into fuel, instead of getting herself fired, she got herself promoted to become Sophia’s new boss.
Happy Taco Tuesday my Weekday Warriors! I must be related to snow because it’s finally here, but late as usual🙃. Your Kansas City metro area weather starts out in the upper teens and barely makes it up into the upper 30’s by end of day. Your topic today is on ‘The Importance Of Rivalry’.
Did you know that having that someone around you continuously challenging you may be your blessing in disguise? We often hate receiving the negative energy from others because it tends to force us to act outside of our comfort zones, but by experiencing these challenges you gain the ability to catapult into a higher level of performance. So listen up People. Instead of responding negatively to your rivalries, use the energy created by them to help excel you to become a better person. By learning to use your rivalries as stepping stones, you help elevate yourself, not only above your competition, but also above your previous limitations.
