The Importance Of Your Recharge

Good Morning People!!!

When I was just a toddler I was diagnosed with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). This  meant that I was a super kid and required multiple activities to keep my fast moving mind entertained. And here I am now as an adult operating on like 3-4 hours of sleep every night. I guess you never outgrow some things. Being up so many hours throughout each day can really benefit when it comes to getting more accomplished in a day, but when your body starts telling you to chill out and take the extra time to power back up, you better listen or like any thing else that may require recharging, you may find yourself running out of life.

Happy Throwback Thursday my Weekday Warrior! Another beautiful winter day out there yaw. All I can say is, I wish winter was always this nice. Expect your temps to start off in the upper 40’s and reach an awesome high of 64! Today’s topic is on ‘The Importance Of Your Recharge’.

There are so many things out there in the market place known for giving you more energy, with Coffee being one of the most popular. You’ve got your energy drinks, over the counter energy pills, candy bars and more. But there is nothing that will ever be able to take the place of real genuine rest. You know that thing that most people do over the course of the night. Listen up People, you wouldn’t let your phone die out without recharging it right? So why take the chance of not recharging yourself. Resting is important and helps you ensure that you are thinking and functioning at your best. If you are like me and have a hard time sleeping during the evening hours, start practicing the art of nap taking. You see, it doesn’t matter when you take the moment to rest up, it just matters that you do. So the next time you’re feeling a little low on energy, go plug in to your pillow and charge up. Low power might as well mean no power.

It’s ya boy, Coffee Cup Chuck. Thank you for joining me again for another powerful message. I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day and as always, Stay Positive People☕️😎👍🏾!
