The Importance Of Your Motion

Good Morning People!!!

Lori sat on the couch, binge-watching episodes of The Walking Dead. She’d been laid off from work for almost six weeks, and the longer she stayed at home, the more relaxed she became in her own life. You see, Lori had forgotten that stagnation is the cousin of death, and the longer she remained anchored to that one spot, the harder it would be to get up and do anything. But when her younger brother’s phone number popped up on her display, she knew the call was about to pull her from her comfort zone. And it did. He invited her to a company gala, and while there, Lori met someone who offered her a position making twice her original salary. Good thing she got off that couch!

Happy Freedom Friday my Weekday Warriors! Today is the day I take the stage again. I will be speaking about the importance of seeds, so wish me luck!! Your KC metro area weather starts out in the mid 60’s and tops off in the upper 70’s. Your final topic for the week is on ‘The Importance Of Your Motion”.

“Nothing happens until something moves." — Albert Einstein.

Motion is the key to progress. Whether it’s physical, mental, or emotional, taking action is the first step toward growth. Without motion, ideas stay stagnant, dreams remain just dreams, and potential goes untapped. When you move, you bring energy to your goals, creating momentum that pushes you forward.

So listen up, people: Action is what turns intentions into reality. Every step you take, no matter how small, brings you closer to your vision. The power of motion lies in consistency and purpose. So the next time you hesitate, remember that movement is the key to unlocking your future.
