Good Morning People!!
Aaron worked as a regional manager for the cities biggest car wash chain. There were 14 stores in his city alone. Out of the 14 locations, Aaron made up one of 112 employees. Out of all of those employees Aaron was the most liked. Because he was bilingual, he knew how to communicate well. Because he knew how to perform every position, he was able to help out in any situation, and because he loved working and assisting others, he always wore a smile that would turn even the most hostile customer into a sweet librarian. So what made Aaron everyone’s favorite? His ability to fit into what ever environment he placed himself in. How well are you blending?
