The Importance Of Your Absence

Good Morning People!!!

Jerry loved his company. So much so, that he managed to show up each and everyday to micro manage it. Because of this habit of possessively controlling his business, he managed to create an unpleasant atmosphere at work. Him coming in and telling everyone what to do everyday all day long only managed to disrupt the flow of the business. No one seemed to work smoothly because they were all afraid of doing the wrong thing and drawing the attention of Jerry. Because of the drop in productivity, Jerry was forced to seek the help of a coach, whom after meeting him only once realized his problem. Jerry had to stop showing up to his office. You see, just the very fact of him showing up each day was the companies  disruption.

Happen Humpin Wednesday my Weekday Warrior! Been pretty tied up the past few days so sorry for my absence.  Today’s KC metro area weather starts off at 53 degrees and reaches a high of only 68 degrees. Today’s topic is on ‘The Importance Of Your Absence.’

Did you know that the very act of being around certain people too much can be more damaging than not? You would think that your presence would always be inviting to everyone you come in contact with, but the truth is this, sometimes your absence is the best alternative. Listen up People. When you over stay your welcome, or your presence becomes too much for those that you may encounter, learn when to disappear for a while. You see, sometimes, just the idea of you vanishing from the scene gives others the opportunity to understand the value in having you around. So the next time you sense annoyance from your presence, get ghost. There is nothing wrong with giving the world a reason to miss you.

It’s Ya Boy Coffee Cup Chuck Thank you for joining me for another powerful message. I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day and as always, Stay Positive People☕️😎👍🏾!
