The Importance Of The Mirror

Good Morning People!!!

If you are anything like me, you probably get up every morning, head towards the bathroom to release yourself, jump in the shower, dress, and when all of that is said and done, you finish off at the bathroom sink. You stand there brushing your teeth looking back at yourself in the mirror. Which version of you do you see? Is it the same version that you are about to send off into the world, or is it someone different? Do you even take that extra moment to look back at yourself and decide, or do you just look away?

Happy Friday my Weekday Warriors!! The weathers beautiful and many of us have the weekend to enjoy it so let’s get to it! Your weather today in the KC metro area will be sunny with a whole lot of wind with temps starting out in the upper 50’s and reaching a high of 80 degrees.  Your topic for today is on ‘The Importance Of The Mirror’.

Who are you? When you look in the mirror, who do you see? Do you see the person the world wants to see, or do you see the person you want to see? We get so caught up in playing the role for others that it becomes a need for us to expect others to play the roles for us, which only resorts back to a form of control. Well listen up People, it is much easier to simply work on being the person you what others to be instead of expecting it out of them. Stop spending so much energy worrying about how everyone else moves and like ole Michael Jackson,

start working more on the man/woman that you see looking back at you in the mirror. In other words, stop expecting what you want and start being what you want.

It’s ya boy, Coffee Cup Chuck. Thank you for joining me again for another powerful message. I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day and as always, Stay Positive People☕️😎👍🏾!
