Good Morning People!!!
Today was Franklin’s last day. He’d been planning on starting his own painting business for years, but until
he gained enough intel about painting, and how to actually run a business, he was working a job as one. The owner of the painting company didn’t foster the best of practices, and after years of witnessing some pretty unethical events, Franklin decided to expedited his business plans. He needed to keep his job though, and due to memory of how other employees were treated when they also planned to walk away, he decided to keep his plans to himself. Last week, after receiving his business degree, he gave his boss the bad news, and since his boss never really saw it coming, there was not enough time or resources available to blotch his plans.
Happy Motivational Monday my Weekday Warriors! I don’t know about yaw, but I still feel like I need an extra weekend day to prepare myself for today! Expect your KC metro area weather to start off just above freezing and hit the high 50’s by mid noon. Your topic for today is on ‘The Importance Of The Element Of Surprise’.
How many times have you had an idea that had the potential of rewarding
you? This idea could not only help provide you with leverage, but also offer you great positioning. But because you decided to converse with someone about it, your plan quickly died. We easily forget the fact that everyone isn’t for our success. Because of this, it is best that we learn the elements of how to surprise those people. So listen up People. By catching these types off guard, you maintain control over the narrative, safeguarding your creative vision. So the next time you come up with the next best thing, keep it to yourself until you’ve fully planned your surprise release.
It’s ya boy, Coffee Cup Chuck. Thank you for joining me again for another powerful message. I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day and as always, Stay Positive People☕️😎👍🏾!
