The Importance Of The Beginning

Follow Good Morning People!!!

Bobby Lee was good-looking, with a flawless face, but his struggle lay in his body—he carried 410 pounds of uncomfortable weight. This weighed heavily on his self-esteem. He desperately wanted to shed it all. The problem was, he kept making excuses to delay starting his journey.  Then, one day, he woke up and tried to put on his shoes, only to find bending over nearly impossible. After managing this difficult task, he stood up and looked in his bedroom mirror, declaring that the person staring back was no longer welcome. He left the house walking.

A year later, having shed 190 pounds and still walking, Bobby Lee once again faced himself in the mirror. This time, as he looked at the reflection, he couldn't help but mutter, "Aren't you glad I started, Bobby Lee?"

Happy Throwback Thursday my Weekday Warriors! And if you’ve been a follower of mines for at least a few weeks m, you already know what goes down on Thursdays. I give you all a blast from the past! Your KC metro area weather starts off in the mid 30’s at reaches the lower to mis 60’s by early noon. Todays topic is on ‘The Importance Of The Beginning’.

How many of you have desperately wanted to change things in your life that you’re just not happy about or satisfied with, but the excuses of why you haven’t begun the process of changing them has stopped you from beginning. We want to reach our goals, yet we lack the mental energy to actually begin them. Well listen up People. If you never start, you will never get there. Stop settling for those reason why you shouldn’t start and get yourself planted at the starting line. Because normally once the ball gets rolling, it just makes it that much easier to keep things going. So as the starting line up judge would say. On your mark. Get set. Ready. GO!!!!!

It’s Ya Boy Coffee Cup Chuck Thank you for joining me for another powerful message. I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day and as always, Stay Positive People☕️😎👍🏾!
