Good Morning People!!!
It had been over ten years or more since Ashlee had taken a vacation somewhere nice and far away. In the past, she’d fostered many excuses for why this was an impossible act. Her recent excuse had been her part-time volunteer job as the babysitter of her 9 year old niece. She’d been responsible for picking her up from school and daycare for the past 4 years and the role had a gripping effect on her yearly travel plans. The coming year would be different. Happy Time Management Tuesday my Weekday Warriors! A great book to read on this subject is called ‘Eat That Frog’ by Brian Tracy. Today’s KC metro area weather starts out in the lower 30’s and reaches up into the mid to upper 60’s by mid noon. Your Tuesday topic is on ‘The Importance Of Raising Your Anchors’.
Anchors aweigh—a nautical call to action that embodies more than just sailing off. It symbolizes embracing the unknown, venturing beyond comfort zones. Life’s journey, much like a ship's course, demands we release those anchors holding us back. The fear, doubt, and complacency weigh us down, hindering progress. So listen up People; to grow and evolve, we must hoist those anchors and set sail into the sea of possibilities. It's vital for personal growth, professional success, and the pursuit of dreams. Embrace those change, take those risks, and dare greatly. So the next time you feel the weight of stagnation, remember: Anchors aweigh, for it's in the voyage that we discover our true potential. 🌊⚓️
