Good Morning People!!
This morning while getting ready to start the day, something came over me. The feeling was so enormous that it caused me to sit down on the bed. After a few minutes of sitting there I realized that I was rocking back and forth crying. The feelings of guilt, failure, expectations and a whole slew of other emotions sat heavy on my heart. But why? What was happening to me? After calling my wife and a few other family & friends, I was able to calm myself. This had never happened to me before. Now feeling drained and tired from all of the discharging, I was left feeling empty but relieved. Hopefully, what ever it was is gone for the time being.
Happy tunnel vision Tuesday my Weekday Warriors! And what an awesome day to bring things back into focus. You weather for today is looking like a little rain in the early part of noon. Temps to start off in the mid 50’s and eases up into the upper 60’s by late noon. Your topic for today is on ‘The Importance Of Pressure’.
Don’t you just love how life throws so many expectations at you? You are either stuck in the middle of being pulled in so many different directions, or you are expected to conform to the wants and needs of the people around you. And as you grow through it all the growing pains can leave you emotionally full. Well listen up People, the teapot can only hold so much before it has to release its steam. When it gets to this point release it. Just not all over everyone else. Learn to use your pressure as a way of resetting your emotional state so when your environment continues to call out for you you can continue to perform at your mental best.
