The Importance Of Playing Attention

Good Morning People!!!

Jessica is a mess this morning. Her morning started off with her rushing to get to work. Her first mistake was blowing thru a stop sign and almost killing herself. Because of the fact that her car was on ‘E’, she now had to stop for gas and this was going to require more time. Her second mistake was not stopping to see what fell off the back of the car when she pulled away from the gas pump. When she got to work that morning she totally failed to see the 3 good morning gesture attempts from her co workers and as she walked into the elevator she managed to spill half the cup of coffee she was holding on her jacket. But none of that topped what happened next. As she approached her desk, she failed to see the large wrinkle in the rug. She tripped, fell, and landed face first on her phone.

Happy Hump Day my Weekday Warriors!! We are half way through the storm so wrap those scarfs a little tighter and brace yourself for another cold one. Temps will reach a high of 37 with a low of 12 in the KC metro area today. Your topic for today is on ‘The Importance Of Paying Attention.

This one hits home because this message can easily apply to me. Our phones. Can’t leave it alone when we are gone. Can’t leave it alone when we are even at home. It holds the answers to most of our questions so we need it more now than we’ve ever needed it before. But how much of our focus are we really willing to sacrifice for the honor of using this magical genie in a bottle? Listen up People, please pay more attention to what you are doing and stop being so risky with your decisions for the sake of you phone.  Learn to know when to use it or lose it. Because if you don’t, you may very well find yourself disconnected from the conversation.

It’s ya boy, Coffee Cup Chuck. Thank you for joining me again for another powerful message. I hope you have

a wonderful rest of your day and as always, Stay Positive People☕️😎👍🏾!
