Good Morning People!!!
Gavin was in a bad car accident that almost took his life. While driving home from work one evening a drunk driver came across the medium and struck him head on. Although he came out of the accident alive both of his legs were badly damaged. He would have to learn how to walk all over again. When therapy and recovery started he was eager to get back on his feet. Gavin was so eager that he refused to follow many of his therapists suggestions. Instead of performing the exercises in the order directed, he decided to skip a few steps. Because of his lack of ability to gradually grow stronger, he only managed to delay his recovery.
Happy Motivational Monday my Weekday Warriors!! This one is late but better late than never. It’s definitely been a busy day for me so I will end it with this and begin it with another one. Todays message is on ‘The Importance Of Pacing Yourself’
Everyone is always rush, rush, rush, and busy this and busy that. Desperately trying to fit 48 hours in a day. Instead of slow growth, we put it all on the line by rushing through the process. We sometime move so fast that we become willing to even cut the corners. Listen up People, by allowing yourself to speed through things, you only open up the opportunity of missing out on a very important step. Slow yourself down a bit and stick to the routine long enough for it to form into a habit. Once you get your rhythm going you can always adjust your speed accordingly. Small steps matter too.
