Janice sat in her gaming chair rapidly pushing the buttons on the controller she’d been holding onto for the past 4 days. She’d been indoors for a solid week without any sunlight, fresh air, or grounding. Because of this, she started to feel a little sick. After first opening the window blinds, she decided that it would be a smart idea to go lay out in the grass under the sun for a few hours. Afterwards, she took a walk down to the creek to explore around in the water and along the creek. After about 3 hours, she could feel the difference it was making. Realizing how well this routine made her feel, she decided that she would make this her common routine. I guess our beautiful planet really does hold the key to healing.
