Good Morning People!!
Juan Jose was a laid back supervisor. He was the coolest out of 4 that ran the 200 men project. Out of the 200 men, he supervised 50 of them, and out of the 50, 10 of them showed up late everyday, or made excuses of why they couldn’t make it in at all. Because of Juan Jose’s passiveness, the ten men managed to still earn their 40 hours every week. This didn’t help out with production and after a month, all of the missed hours of labor set the projects completion date back. Juan Jose knew this was his fault and when corporate approached him, he not only took responsibility for all of the setbacks, he also straighten things up a bit by replacing the 10 slackers.
Happy Humpin Wednesday my Weekday Warriors!! It’s the perfect time for a cup of coffee, so take a pause with me for a quick second while I help prepare you all for another beautifully given opportunity. Your KC metro area weather struggles to hit a high of 50 degrees today, and since the sun isn’t with us as long as she is in the summertime, those highs don’t stay up there for too long, so make the best out of it while it’s shining People. The day starts off just above freezing. Today’s topic is on ‘The Importance Of Making Your Bed’.
Oh how easy it is for us to stir up the sheets until things are a complete toss up, just to get our feet planted back on the ground and simply walk away from the mess. We love the feeling of being in position, but are at times, not willing to take on the responsibility of restoring things back to how they should be when a mess is made. Because of this, the mess is never made right, or someone else is left fixing it. So listen up People’s. When you make a mess of things, don’t just let it be. Use that same energy that you used making the mess, to also clean it up. It isn’t going to fix itself. Bottom line is this. If you are willing to create the mess, at least be willing to make things right.
