The only thing the old head kept telling her after his every move was to slow down and think before she made her next move. This particular game she had done just that. After his every move, she studied the chess board focusing on not just her own options, but also his. She had finally place the man in a check-mate! She didn’t know this man and had only crossed his path for a very brief moment in life, yet she walked away from the three games of chess with a jewel she would live by for life…
