Kelly looked into the mirror at the person staring back at her. What she saw was someone totally different than just 30 days prior. The last time Kelly looked at herself, she was 20 pounds heavier than the person now staring back at her. She was also a much stronger person. You see, 30 days ago, Kelly made the decision to lose weight. Even though she wasn’t optimistic about sticking to it, she knew she had to try. At first, she didn’t believe she had the willpower to do such a thing, but after the first week of changing her exercise and eating habits, she noticed she was a lot stronger than she looked. Now, she stood in front of the mirror, looking at the proof that what was once deep inside her was now coming to the surface. She was indeed a lot more than she once appeared.
