The Importance Of Grounding

Good Morning People!!!

Lei woke up and checked his blood pressure reading. Not once in the past 231 days had it fell underneath (150/100). He’d changed his diet and started exercising more regularly, but he still couldn’t get things under control. One day, while waiting at the doctor’s office, he overheard 2 patients talking about how walking barefoot reduced blood related illnesses, such as, hypertension. This prompted him to do some research. Studies had shown that just the act of lying on the ground, or walking without any shoes on, helped align health issues related to the flow of blood. After just a few weeks of reconnecting with the earth, Lei’s pressure finally leveled to 120/80. See what happens when you finally put your foot down?

Happy Friday my Weekday Warriors! I’m a little late on the schedule but it is better to be late than to be a no-show, so here I am! Your KC metro area evening weather looks to be a bit windy with temps cooling down into the low 50’s tonight. Today’s topic is on ‘The Importance Of Grounding’.

How many of you spent a lot of time as  a kid walking around without shoes on? What about lying in sand or grass? Did you know that the very act of doing this has been tied to improving many functions of the body? Not only has it been tied to things such as the reduction of inflammation and blood pressure, but also the improvement of your mental mood? Listen up People. Since we are all conductors of electricity and all electrical devices must be grounded to the earth, why don’t we spend more time connecting to the earth ourselves? Grounding yourself to the very thing that produces the matter that feeds your body is probably one of the best things you could do for yourself, so the next time you decide to step outside, take those shoes off and go reconnect yourselves to life again. It will remind you of how good it feels to be apart of something so big.

It’s Ya Boy Coffee Cup Chuck Thank you for joining me for another powerful message. I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day and as always, Stay Positive People☕️😎👍🏾
