Good Morning People!!!
Lucy and one other intern were the only two people left in the room to interview for the job position at the cities oldest plant. The position would award its new employee an annual salary of $90,000. She wanted this position pretty bad. So much so, that she spent two whole weeks researching the company’s history. Not only did she research its history, but she went even further and studied its S.W.O.T. analysis. During her interview, her extensive knowledge of the company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats helped give her a huge advantage over the other intern, and before the other interviewee could even be interviewed, Lucy had already won the position. Smart move Lucy. Smart move.
Happy Hump Day my Weekday Warriors! We are halfway through the week and with rain coming tomorrow, my week may be cut a little short😁. Expect your KC metro area weather to start off cold in the mid 30’s and reach up into the lower to mid 60’s by mid noon. Your topic for today is on ‘The Importance Of Going Over And Beyond’.
In every pursuit, whether personal or professional, going over and beyond isn't just an option—it's a necessity. It's the extra mile that distinguishes good from exceptional, average from outstanding. When we push beyond limits, we discover our true capabilities, fostering growth and innovation. It's about exceeding expectations, surprising ourselves, and creating lasting impact. Going beyond means not settling for the status quo but striving for excellence in all we do. So listen up, People: embrace those challenges as opportunities, cultivate a mindset of continuous improvement, and never fear pushing boundaries because when you dare to exceed, you create a ‘Buzz’ that can potentially take you to infinity and beyond!!
