Good Morning People!!!
Darin had been waiting patiently on a call that could possibly change his life completely. During his last hospital visit the doctor had found a lump on his limp node that immediately required testing. The call came on a Friday and the news was nothing he wanted to hear. He had cancer. This meant that he would have to undergo treatment in order to reverse it. This also meant that he had to fight for his life. Treatment would require numerous trips to Omaha Nebraska and almost a year of chemo, radiation and multiple testing in order to win the war. Darin wanted to live, so instead of swimming in pity he chose to battle. Because of this will to live, Darin is still among us. Way to go Darin. Way to kick cancers a$$!!!
Happy Friday my Weekday Warriors! We have officially reached the end of our short work week yaw so take a little more time to yourselves to reset this weekend. Your KC weather starts the weekend off in the mid 60’s and moves up into the mid 80’s by late noon. Your topic for today is on ‘The Importance Of Fighting’.
There will always be battles to fight. But the important thing about the battle is not the battle itself, but how you fight it. Are you fighting to win, or are you just going to let the battle consume you? Well listen up People, when you put up the fight you are not only fighting the current battle, but also the battles that will come afterwards. By standing up and fighting for what you believe in you continuously condition yourself for any trials or tribulations that may come your way. So the next time you encounter a threat, put on those gloves, lace up your shoes and put on that steel chin, because winner fight while the losers, well let’s just say, you can’t win a fight if you aren’t willing to at least fight.
It’s ya boy, Coffee Cup Chuck. Thank you for joining me again for another powerful message. I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day and as always, Stay Positive People☕️😎👍🏾!
