Good Morning People!!!
Hannah had been beautiful all her life. The photos she posted on social media received plenty of likes and positive comments, but since she only posted headshots, one day someone asked her to post a full-body photo. This triggered Hannah to attempt what she thought was impossible—to lose weight, and not just a few pounds, but enough to reach a weight she was truly comfortable with. To do so, she’d have to lose almost 200 lbs. Tired of hiding this part of herself, Hannah was determined to make the impossible possible. She first changed her diet, then started walking, then running, and before she knew it, she was already down 85 pounds. After seeing this, she had no doubt in her mind that she’d reach her goal. I guess seeing is believing, but doing is accomplishing.
Happy Motivational Monday my Weekday Warriors!! And what a wonderful day it is to pick up on a little bit of On my way! thing to get you moving on this beautiful day. Expect your KC metro area weather to start out in the low 40’s and only reaches a high of 65 degrees today. Your first topic of the week is on ‘The Importance Of Being Optimistic’.
“Optimism is the faith that leads to achievement. Nothing can be done without hope and confidence.” – Helen Keller
In a world full of challenges, optimism is our secret weapon. When we focus on the positive, we’re better equipped to face setbacks and find solutions. Optimism isn’t about ignoring reality; it’s about believing in our ability to overcome. So listen up, people—choosing to see the good doesn’t just impact your day, it can transform your life and inspire those around you. So the next time someone says “It’s impossible,” look them in the eye, smile, and say, “Just watch me.”
